The Thrill Is Video

The Thrill Is Back video series has come to a close after twelve months of incredibly rewarding exploration. The folks we met on this journey have been nothing but outstanding and it has been our pleasure to bring their music to light. We have some thank yous that we need to share.

To all the musicians: Thank you for sharing some special moments with us. The stories you told and the music you made will not be forgotten. We've all cherished our moments together, however brief, and appreciate your openness and optimism towards our project. The passion presented through your craft is a testament to the good that exists in the world.

To the festivals: Thank you for your support and "go get 'em" enthusiasm. Thanks for letting us lie to you about who our "sound men" are, and, of course, thanks for all the free food and drink tickets you slipped our way. Thank you for not letting your stages collapse on us, and for sharing your internet passwords again and again.

Most important, we are so grateful for your efforts to gather such a wonderful collection of talent and spirit. Your hard work has not gone unnoticed.

To the internet: Thank you for being there, for being open, and for being appreciative of the work we are doing. It asks a lot of an audience to sit down and shut off their minds to Maru the cat and the other myriad distractions of the WWW, even if just for a few minutes. Our approach can take some time and understanding to get into so thank you for being able to sit still and soak up the music with us. It's been a wonderful ride.

The path for us is uncharted. Where we are headed we don't know. But our inspirations now draw from the great people and experiences we've encountered, so our future is most certainly in good hands.
